Check before you pay

Invoice and payment fraud is increasingly common. Criminals can intercept or imitate genuine emails and send fake invoices or “updated” bank details that look real. Please take a moment to protect your money.

• Always verify our bank details by phone. If you receive an invoice from us by email, call our office on +44 28 3753 0488 to confirm the bank details before you send any online payment. Use the number published on this website, not a number given in the email.
• We will never change our bank details by email. If you receive an email, text or message telling you that our bank details have changed, treat it as suspicious and call us.
• If anything looks unusual, call before you pay. For example, a change of bank details, an unexpected request for payment, a slightly different email address, or pressure to pay quickly.
• FCA registered. Lagan Machinery Sales Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You can check the details of any regulated firm on the FCA Financial Services Register.
